This Shipping Policy explains how we handle the processing, delivery, and tracking of your order.

 

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
  • During sales or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer due to increased volume.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states and territories
  • Canada
  • Haiti (via authorized logistics and delivery partners)

If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact sales@tropicalmerchant.com to verify delivery options.


3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx (for U.S. and international deliveries)
  • Local delivery agents or suppliers in Haiti for final-mile delivery or pick-up fulfillment

You will be able to select your preferred shipping option (Standard, Expedited, or Express) at checkout, depending on your destination.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery depends on your location and selected shipping method:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or force majeure events.


 

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Delivery destination
  • Shipping method selected

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.


6. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

If you have not received your tracking number within 5 days, contact us at sales@tropicalmerchant.com.


7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tropical Merchant is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for any additional charges incurred.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receipt at sales@tropicalmerchant.com.
  • Include your order number, photos of the packaging and item (if damaged), and a brief description.
    We will assist in filing a claim and, where possible, provide a replacement or store credit.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

Tropical Merchant is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


10. Order Changes or Cancellations

Changes or cancellations can only be made within 24 hours after placing your order, provided it has not yet shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified.
